The solution to the problem of material with the
CNC turret punch
The
CNC turret punch press will produce the phenomenon of material stripping during use. In severe cases, the clamp will pull off the sheet material or the clamp will feed the sheet material to make it bow and deform, and damage the shield and other mechanisms. The more serious use failures caused by the material, make the workpiece plate scrapped and the machine tool partially damaged. Therefore, systematic research on the problem of stripping and formulating a series of preventive measures is a systematic project that every
CNC turret punch manufacturer will attach great importance to.
There are both mechanical and electrical control reasons for the stripping problem.
In the electrical control, if the motion control of the punch punching die and the motion control of the feeding are not coordinated, the material will be stripped, that is, the feeding mechanism will start to move when the punch has not completely disengaged the upper die from the sheet, resulting in the occurrence of stripping. .
The problem of electrical control is easier to find and overcome, because if there is a problem with the control program, the machine tool will generate material as long as it works, which is repeatable and regular. It can be solved by properly adjusting the control parameters inside the machine tool.
The focus of adjustment of the control parameters for preventing material stripping is to ensure that the workpiece sheet should be within the relatively static "zero speed tolerance" range when the upper die is punching; It is necessary to avoid the failure of the belt material caused by the fact that the upper die is not fully reset after punching, and the feeding system feeds ahead of time.
There are many reasons for the occurrence of material in the mechanical aspect, which can be divided into two categories:
1. The reason is that the force of the compression spring between the upper die and its pressing sleeve is not enough, so that the upper die cannot be released and reset from the sheet in time. The tape caused by this reason also has repeatability and regularity. This kind of problem needs to be solved by using a spring with better quality. The spring here needs to be of good material, moderate stiffness, and can achieve a long service life.
2. It is the tape produced by the rebound of the scrap: that is, the scrap that should have fallen when the machine tool is punched and bounced up against the upper die, half of it is stuck in the sheet material, and half of it is stuck in the lower die or upper die. The belt material caused by this reason has no obvious regularity, which is prone to various misunderstandings and misconceptions.
3. The rebounded waste is very harmful even if it falls on the edge of the lower die. This will cause the double-layer sheet to be punched in the next punching (leading to the rapid collapse of the die edge), or the workpiece may be pressed and deformed even if the scrap is not punched. The stuck waste (may be stuck in the lower die or the upper die) is stuck between the sheet and the die like a pin, which will cause the clamp to dislodge or hit the material with the material.
